Ingredients
- 40ml/1.35oz of Lajido (Azorean dry fortified wine)
- 15ml/0.5oz of Passion Fruit Liqueur
- Top up with tonic water
- Garnish: lemon slice and mint sprig
Preparation:
1. Pour the Lajido in a tall tumbler with ice;
2. Add the passion fruit liqueur;
3. Top up with tonic water;
4. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig.
