Ingredients
- 50ml/1.70oz of Bacardi Rum
- 25ml /0.85oz of Azorean Lemon Liqueur
- 15ml/ 0.50oz of sugar syrup
- Half Azorean Lemon
- 8 Mint leaves
- Top Up with club soda
- Garnish: Azorean lemon slice and mint sprig
Preparation:
1. Muddle the lemon with the mint and the sugar syrup;
2. Add the Azorean lemon liqueur and the Bacardi rum;
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice;
4. Top up with club soda and stir;
5. Garnish with an Azorean lemon slice and mint sprig.
