Recipes: Azores Lemon Mojito

Ingredients

  • 50ml/1.70oz of Bacardi Rum
  • 25ml /0.85oz of Azorean Lemon Liqueur
  • 15ml/ 0.50oz of sugar syrup
  • Half Azorean Lemon
  • 8 Mint leaves
  • Top Up with club soda
  • Garnish: Azorean lemon slice and mint sprig

Preparation:

1. Muddle the lemon with the mint and the sugar syrup;

2. Add the Azorean lemon liqueur and the Bacardi rum;

3. Fill the glass with crushed ice;

4. Top up with club soda and stir;

5. Garnish with an Azorean lemon slice and mint sprig.
